Do you SUFFER from ME?....do you CARE for someone or does someone CLOSE to you have ME?.... seen your doctor but been offered little help?.....tried other treatments and had no luck?....
...if so, the Perrin Technique could be the answer for you.
ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis) also known as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a chronic and debilitating illness affecting around 250,000 people in the UK. The condition is characterised by: generalised muscle fatigue occurring after mild activity, sleep disturbance, headaches, brain fog, back or neck pain, increased sensitivity to light and sound, sore throats, irritable bowel, bladder pain......the list goes on.
ME occurs when the body’s central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) is put under stress causing the lymphatic system which it controls to work less effectively, leading to a poisonous build up of toxins in the body. Problems such as physical trauma, injury, illness, infection, environmental factors and pollution, nutritional deficiencies, emotional stresses such as bereavement, a job loss or relationship difficulties all place a stress on the body.
The Perrin Technique helps drain the toxins away from the nervous system and incorporates manual techniques that stimulate a healthy flow of fluid around the brain and spinal cord and restores normal spinal function. This in turn reduces the strain on the nervous system, which aids a good return to health.
